After logging in to CFA Connect, you can post your news stories by clicking on Submit News in your Control Panel.
Once on this page, you can choose to create your article with or without including images.
Upload photos with your article
Selecting this option allows you to upload an album of photos to CFA Connect, which will accompany your news story. If you just want to upload an album of photos without actually posting a news article, go to Uploading Photos.
You can choose to upload to a brand new photo album for your article, or add new photos to an album that already exists on CFA Connect.
Creating a new album - choose the category your album relates to, give your album a title, and write a short description of what your album is showing. Press Create Album.
Choose the image you want to upload. You can also add a short caption to your image here, or do it later on through the "Edit My Photos" Control Panel link. To add more images, click on the ‘I need to add more images' link, located beneath the Image Caption box.
Use an existing Album - select an existing album from the dropdown list. First select a category, then select the album you want to add to. Click on "Use This Album". Again, you will be asked to upload the images.
After the images have been uploaded, you can now insert the text for your article. Fields with an asterix (*) are mandatory. Give your news article a title, please keep this short, no more than 39 characters are allowed.
Type the first sentence describing your article into the Introduction text box.
Type the rest of your article into the main content box. If copying from Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF, please remove all formatting first by cutting-and-pasting your text into an empty "notepad" window first. (NOTE: Notepad strips all formatting and makes it friendly plain-text for the website. You can re-format your text once it is pasted into the editor box.)
Select the location your story took place in.
Select the category or categories which your story applies to.
Click SAVE to save the article but not publish it, if you plan on editing it more later. Click SAVE & PUBLISH to make the article live. Click CANCEL to return to the My Content page. Your work will not be saved.
Words only or attach existing gallery
This option takes you straight to the text uploading page. You can insert text for your article here.

If you have already uploaded photos previously and wish to add it to your story, select the appropriate Photo Gallery category, then select the gallery which you uploaded into that category.
