Crews attending a tree fire last Sunday night were faced with a potentially dangerous scene when surrounding powerlines were also involved.
It took firefighters around 15 minutes to bring the incident under control, with a stop put on the fire at around 09:00pm.
Powercor also attended the incident.
The Geelong Advertiser spoke with Fire Officer Nick Callan about the incident.
