CFA crews from Whittlesea, Epping, Plenty and Wallan assisted at the accident scene, alongside Victoria Police, SES and Ambulance Victoria.
As posted on Victoria Police's news website, investigators have been told that a Nissan 4WD wagon was travelling east on Whittlesea-Wallan Road when the driver swerved and struck a Ford wagon travelling west. The Nissan then struck a Ford sedan.
