Thirty one years it is

As I leave the CFA, I would ask you to ponder on this!

You are the CFA and the CFA is you!

The CFA is not different than a person and will behave in a similar way when confronted with issues!

Don’t hold it up on a pedestal or have expectations that it’s better or worse than the sum total of all the people that are part of it!

I feel that it will behave in a manner little different from how you and I would react to a situation. It can only be the sum total of all its integral parts (us)!

As we know through experience and history, most creatures (Humans) don’t often change direction until confronted with a crisis, illness or some new stimulus comes into one life no matter what that may be! Why would CFA be any different I ask!

If life was same ol same ol, we would never grow and change for the better and pass the way of the dinosaurs!

So when you look at things in this light and think about how you would react, then think how CFA will go through the same stages and reaction, but as a whole group of all its individual parts, its people!! Remember you are CFA too!

Fear not, all change has its pain (your life and CFA’s) and this will pass!

I leave you with this thought:

When things get tough, go inwards for guidance and direction in your life!

Live though your heart;

It will tell you the right thing to do!

And it’s only taken me 30 years and 347 days to work this out!
