CFA member Geoff Stanton from Bruthen Fire Brigade has submitted some great photos from the fires in Gippsland this week.

The photos were taken at fires around the Wombat Creek area.

Great photos Geoff! Especially like number 6 of Elvis in front of the plume. You must have been up on a hill while Elvis was in a valley? You're almost shooting down on top of it!

Awesome job Geoff. I love the choice of shots, and that you got so many aircraft in action! Very sad to see the bridge burning too, but great you captured its last moments.

Great photography Geoff. I was actually on the Lakes Entrance pumper tanker that day. It was certainly a fire to remember with an awesome job by all involved.
