The successful candidate will be employed as a trainee in the program for a fixed term of up to 12 months, with the opportunity to obtain employment in the substantive position of CFA Operations Officer (Reliever) based from District 18 HQ at the successful completion of training. The trainee program offers on job training, skills and competencies over the fixed term period.
The lateral entry program will involve the successful applicant being offered employment to undertake an individual training and mentoring program specifically developed to enable the individual to achieve the competency, underpinning knowledge and performance requirements necessary to meet the Operations Officer skills profile. Permanent appointment to an Operations Officer (Reliever) position will only be made where the individual successfully completes the program.
