Brigade members, CFA Operations Manager and CFA Board Member Tunde Meikle gathered to witness the unveiling of the plaque.
Joel Joel Fire Brigade President Gus Stewart accepted the station on behalf of the members of the brigade.
The Joel Joel Fire Brigade was formed in 1940 and currently has 72 volunteer members .The Joel Joel Fire Brigade is responsible for all fire suppression activities in the Joel Joel area and provides support to surrounding communities.
District 16 Operations Manager John Athorn offered congratulations on behalf of the CFA to the Joel Joel Fire Brigade remarking on their strong community involvement and commitment of the brigade members who operate in a high fire risk.
