Mr Sleep's day job is as the CFA's community education coordinator for fire districts 18 and 20, which takes in a large part of the west and north-west of the state.
But when the normal working hours are over, Mr Sleep and his wife Maxine run Kibworth Park, a small business that they are hoping will expand to sell a variety of goods from alpaca fleece in the coming months.
