The concept of the video came from CFA’s Deputy Chief Officer John Haynes, who wanted to develop a video that shared CFA’s history and the challenges it has faced while conveying a sense of the resilience, diversity and collective pride CFA members share.
The video was first shown at the Core Leadership Conference held in Creswick from 15 – 16 May 2012, and is now being shared more widely.
CFA’s Communities and Communication team developed John’s concept into a video to the tune of ‘Proud’ by Heather Small.
