A result of this was that out of 13 brigades they now have 7 new Captains!
The Group members arranged an information evening that included a friendly and informative address by Operations Manager Mark Jones.
Group spoke about their roles and responsibilities with the BASO also addressing where she can be of assistance.
All brigades were provided with an information pack to assist them in their new roles and valuable discussions were held during a break and light supper.
District 9 will follow this up on the weekend with workshops to assist brigades with building a training plan and sessions on the use of Webtrain.
A great joint initiative between Group members and District 9 staff!
