Can you help us to celebrate the work and build the profile of your local CFA? If so, we want to hear from you.
CFA is building a network to foster the writing and editorial skills of its members. With so many great stories to tell, we need your help in bringing them together. It’s also a great opportunity for members to further develop their writing skills and receive guidance from members of the CFA communications team.
We know there are a lot of great stories out there in the brigades and we want to share more of them in our publications. It could be an award or honour, a family in firefighting or interesting incidents or training sessions that brigades have attended.
There’s a newshound in everyone. We are encouraging our members to keep their ear to the ground and share the great work they do with the rest of the organisation.
As a member of the Community News Network you would be submitting stories (and accompanying photographs) to be published on CFA Connect or in other publications including Brigade magazine and The Fireman.
