Crews were called to the address in Reidys Road around 11.30am where a single-storey timber home was fully involved in fire. It took more than an hour to bring under control.
Operations Officer Peter Lockwood said the occupants at home at the time of the fire, phoned emergency services and managed to escape uninjured.
He said due to water supply, 11 trucks attended the scene, as well as a number of support vehicles, from Boolarra, Calignee, Churchill, Hazlewood, Morwell, Traralgon and Yinnar.
While the cause of the fire remains unknown, it is not believed to be suspicious at this stage.
