Driving TRIP 2012

The Yarra Valley Group of Brigades are again running their Teenage Road Information Program (TRIP) for 2012.

This important driver  safety initiative is aimed at reducing the road toll in the Yarra Valley area. This program gives and in-depth insight into what happens to road crash victims and the aftermath from injuries and fatalities.

It is designed to be a hard hitting presentation and is delivered by the very people who attend a crash scene - Police, CFA, SES and Ambulance, who all know first hand the devastation caused.

The safe driving message applies to all age groups, but is especially targeted at L and P drivers. Defensive driving packages are just some of the door prizes for the night.

This is a multi-agency emergency services initiative. Our teenager and youth emergency service personnel are part of the committee with Police, CFA, SES and Ambulance.
