These Township Protection Plans have been sent to people in over 420 towns across Victoria, as part of phases one and two of the Summer Fire Communications direct mail campaign. Phase three will be mailed later in February.
An Absentee Landlord direct mail campaign has also been completed which went to some 40,000 households. Ten municipalities participated in this campaign.
Around 270 Australia Post outlets are also currently supporting the Summer Fire Communications Campaign offering Township Protection Plans as part of their in store point-of-sale material. In addition, Tourism Information Centres are also supporting the campaign around the State.
