The band released the song and video to coincide with the second anniversary of the February 2009 fires.
Singer and guitarist Michael Abrey wrote the song after CFA member Smiley Grahame from Labertouche told him how his wife Janine saved their roses during the fires.
The song tells the story of Smiley, his wife Janine and "Macca" (CFA Senior Station Officer Jamie McLean) as they fight to save Smiley and Janine's farm on Black Saturday.
Michael said: "The song is a song of hope, the roses were saved and are still blooming beautifully today. Smiley has all but finished the rebuilding of his beloved farm."
Ruckus will be donating any profits from the song back to the communities affected by Black Saturday.
For more info see the Ruckus website. The song can be purchased on iTunes.
