			<description>I can't figure out why there needs to be a special womans info night- do males have a special mens info night? If females are interested in a fire fighting career surely they would take the same avenues as anyone else to find out about their chosen career? Yes, you may be encouraging females to follow this career path to fill your female quota but why the segregation- seems like affirmative discrimaination to me..
